By accessing or using VeriSentra ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VeriSentra is a security tool that helps protect sensitive data when using AI tools. The Service includes:

• Browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox
• Desktop applications for macOS and Windows
• Web dashboard for team management
• APIs for enterprise integration

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel.

Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VeriSentra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

9. Data Processing

Local Processing: All sensitive data detection occurs locally on your device. We do not receive, store, or process your clipboard content or detected sensitive information.

Analytics: If you opt-in to telemetry, we collect anonymized usage statistics (detection counts, categories) to improve the Service. This never includes actual content.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
