We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. If VeriSentra isn't right for you, we'll refund your payment.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • You are on a paid subscription plan (Team or Enterprise)
  • This is your first refund request for VeriSentra

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@verisentra.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the date of your purchase
  4. Optionally, let us know why you're requesting a refund (helps us improve!)

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 2-3 business days
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear

After Your Refund

  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
  • You'll retain access to basic features
  • Team members above the Free plan limit will lose access
  • Premium features will be disabled

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the original purchase
  • Previous refund requests for the same account
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Enterprise contracts with custom terms (contact your account manager)
