Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 30 days of your initial purchase
- You are on a paid subscription plan (Team or Enterprise)
- This is your first refund request for VeriSentra
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@verisentra.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- Provide the date of your purchase
- Optionally, let us know why you're requesting a refund (helps us improve!)
Processing Time
- Refund requests are typically processed within 2-3 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
After Your Refund
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
- You'll retain access to basic features
- Team members above the Free plan limit will lose access
- Premium features will be disabled
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Requests made after 30 days from the original purchase
- Previous refund requests for the same account
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Enterprise contracts with custom terms (contact your account manager)
